StarCycle USA Return Policy
Exhausts & Hard Parts:
If you receive an incorrect or defective item due to our error, we will exchange the item as quickly as possible at our expense.
If you choose to return an item because you have "changed your mind" and want to exchange it, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and there may be a restocking charge of up to 20%.
Apparel, Helmets, Boots, and Gloves:
Please be sure of your size and color when ordering. If we ship you the wrong item because of our error, we will exchange it as quickly as possible at our own expense.
If you order the wrong size or color, or change your mind, you will be responsible for all return shipping and a restocking charge.
Complete Inventory Specific Policies:
- Please contact us for return authorization within 7 days of receipt of item.
- We will not accept returns of any part or item that has been used in any way.
- Returned items must include original packaging.
- Please include a copy of your invoice or Ebay transaction.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless there was a defective item or an error on our part.

We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable.
